What is an Official Collaboration?

An official collaboration refers to the collaboration production between IP owners and their fans.

For Creators

Creators can choose whether to allow official collaboration when posting their works.

Allowing official collaboration on a work signals to the IP owner that they are welcome to use it as official content.

If you want your fan creation to be seen and used by the official entity, actively permit official collaboration.

For IP Owners

IP owners can use works that are both their IP and permitted for official collaboration as official content by clicking the "Official Collaboration" button.

When the "Official Collaboration" button is clicked, an official collaboration mark will be added to the work, and the IP owner can leave a comment. When using the work as official content, express your gratitude and explain how it will be used.

Usage Scope of Official Collaboration Works

IP owners can freely use official collaboration works for non-commercial purposes, such as thumbnails for streams and posts on social media accounts.

However, for commercialization or monetization purposes, such as merchandise, please confirm the terms with the creator in advance.

After agreeing on the terms and proceeding with commercialization or monetization, add the official collaboration mark to the work.
