Specific troubleshooting steps
For PC Users:
- Restart your browser

- Log out of Charaforio and log back in
- Close other applications if multiple are running
- Clear cache, cookies, and other temporary files (be careful not to delete bookmarks)
- Disable or uninstall browser extensions and add-ons
- Enable referer (referrer) in browser settings

For Mobile Users:
In addition to the steps for PC users, check the following:
